First Announcement
The series of biennial TSFP Symposia is a major venue for the reporting and dissemination of ongoing research on turbulence and shear flow phenomena. Prior successful symposia have been held in Santa Barbara, California (1999), Stockholm, Sweden (2001), Sendai, Japan (2003) and Williamsburg, Virginia (2005). The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that the Fifth Symposium of this series, TSFP-5, will be held at the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Technische Universität München in Garching, 18 km north of the Center of Munich.
